5. Payment data

  • Card payments are taken via a contactless card reader in the vehicle or by phone. We do not store your full card details.
  • PayPal is used for some payments; when you pay via PayPal, your payment is processed directly by PayPal and subject to PayPal’s own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of payment, your name, and the amount paid — not your PayPal login or full card details.
  • Bank transfers are matched to your booking using the payment reference you’re given at invoicing; we retain transfer records for accounting purposes.
  • Records of payments and refunds (including unused block-booking hours) are kept for standard accounting retention periods (typically 6 years).

6. Cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site (e.g. pages visited, time on site, general location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies to do this.

  • This data is used only in aggregate to improve our website — we don’t use it to identify individual visitors.
