Clear prices, no hidden extras, no surprise invoices
We publish every price we charge. There are no booking fees, no fuel surcharges, no charge for picking you up, and no premium for requesting a female or bilingual instructor. What you see below is what you pay, and the rate you start on is the rate you finish on — we do not raise prices mid-course.

How to pay
Payment methods
Single lessons are paid at the start of each lesson. Block bookings and courses are paid in advance, and any unused hours are always refundable in full.
Debit and credit card
Pay in the car by contactless card reader, or over the phone with our office. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and there is no card surcharge on any payment.
Bank transfer
Preferred for block bookings and intensive courses. We send you an invoice with our account details and a reference; hours are credited to your account as soon as the transfer clears.
Payments & Cancellations
If you are unable to make the lesson, please call us on 0116 286 5577 at least 2 business days before to reschedule.
Payments should be made either online, by calling our office or in car with our instructors via the secure Acclaim App on their phone (Payments are required 48 hours in advance of each lesson). First lessons must always be pre-paid online or over the phone
